We’re all guilty of picking up a handful of bad beauty habits over the years, and even though they may be tough to break, now is the perfect time to kick them to the curb.

It’s time to start caring for our complexions and embracing our natural beauty. Whether it’s for 40 days or forever, avoiding these seven dreadful decisions will change your daily routine and your appearance (we promise).

Over-Tweezing:
At some point, we've all over-plucked our brows to the point of sparse, unflattering arches. It's torture dealing with stubble, but it’s time to put the tweezers down!
