Dior Presents Pre-Fall 2012

It’s an exciting time at Christian Dior, as the new Pre-Fall 2012 collection has a fabulous fresh feel to it.

Head designer Bill Gaytten chose to take things in a covered-up-silhouettes direction, putting emphasis on pencil skirts and shorter, flared bell-shaped skirts.

Bringing a modern update to the famous Bar jacket, this time it’s much more fitted with a rounded collar and miniaturized peplum.

And of course there’s plenty of figure-flattering knitwear, including body-skimming dresses and skirts in mostly neutral color schemes, though there is a bit of pop with violets and reds.
