Readying the launch their latest fragrance offering, Ed Hardy has created a 3-D interpretation of their iconic skull emblem to host their new scents.

“People think of Ed Hardy and they think of the skull. We wanted to go away from a printed version and do an actual sculpture of [Ed Hardy’s] most iconic tattoo," said Salo Lekach, CEO of New Wave Fragrances, the brand's licensee.

The company says their new Skulls & Roses range will be housed in a his-and-hers sculptures, one white and one black.

“This is a new direction for us. Our demographic remains a young person who enjoys tattoos and nightlife, but this might also appeal to collectors," Lekach told WWD.

As for the fragrances themselves, the female aroma is said to be “warm and sugary, with notes of strawberry, violet leaves, honeysuckle and caramel," while the male version is a “fresh, ozonic composition of bergamot, cardamom, lavandin, moss and musk."
