She’s quickly transformed from the darling girl next door to a high fashion icon, and now Emma Stone is chatting about her fashionista ways in the May 2014 issue of Vogue magazine.

During her time with the publication, “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” beauty rocked a collection of Marchesa and Erdem and posed for Craig McDean.

Emma admits that she likes to take a journalistic approach to new designs and told the mag, I like to look through the glass. As I’ve been more exposed to it, I find it interesting. I see what’s beautiful about clothes.”

As for getting all gussied up for a red carpet event, Stone said, “It’s fun to get to borrow a dress for a night and dress up for something.”

Interestingly enough, Emma doesn’t think of herself as a style icon. “No, I’ve never thought about that.”

Then looking down at her pumps, she added, “Though it would be supercool if everyone started wearing yellow leather shoes.”
