Alexander McQueen Delivers a Futuristic Fall/Winter Offering at PFW
Always pushing the limits, Alexander McQueen brought a top-notch collection to Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2012 on Tuesday (March 6)
Centering on a futuristic motif, designer Sarah Burton decided to try and take things in a new direction and it turned out spectacular.
Burton explained, “It’s futurism with softness, not cold futurism. It’s looking forward in a completely positive way.”
The runway show had a sort of storytelling feel to it, with a palette consisting of mostly pinks, greys, and blacks.
