Victoria's Secret Responds to Native American Outfit Backlash

Victoria's Secret has apologized for sending Karlie Kloss out on the the 2012 Fashion Show runway in a Native American getup. The well-known lingerie brand found themselves at the center of controversy after the hotly-anticipated show.
The lingerie retailer posted a message via Twitter writing, "We are sorry that the Native American headdress in our fashion show has upset individuals. The outfit will be removed from the broadcast."
Furthermore, Karlie herself tweeted, "I am deeply sorry if what I wore during the VS Show offended anyone. I support VS’s decision to remove the outfit from the broadcast."
Kloss’ getup was comprised of a feather headdress, suede bra, fringe and leopard print panties, and turquoise jewelry.
