5 Beautifying DIY’s to Try at Home with Three Ingredients … or Less!

The only thing we love better than beauty, is quick beauty.

Being able to achieve bombshell looks in a matter of moments is something we cosmetic queens are constantly trying to master.

If you're anything like us, then you’re really going to love what we’ve come up with — five at-home treatments you can make on your own, that will help you land the lustrous locks and skin you crave!

All contain three ingredients or less, and are incredibly easy to make AND use.

Check ‘em out:

DIY Shampoo
What you’ll need:
- One whole lemon OR 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- One cup of water
How to:
- Mix the two ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Massage into hair as you would a shampoo.
- Rinse, and follow with a conditioner.

DIY Cheek & Lip Tint
What you’ll need:
- One whole beet
How to:
- Slice off a piece of the beet.
- Extract the juice and rub onto either your cheeks, lips — or both!
*Since beet juice is translucent, it works as a fabulous cosmetic option for women of all skin types and has a staying power that’s second to none.

DIY Fragrance
What you’ll need:
- Vanilla extract
- An essential oil of your choice
How to:
- Pour equal amount of each ingredient into an atomizer.
- Then, spritz away!

DIY Hair Mask
What you’ll need:
- A whole avocado
- The yolk from one egg
- One tablespoon olive oil
How to:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Massage into hair.
- Put on a shower cap, and apply heat with a blow dryer for two minutes.
- Leave mask on for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Rinse.

DIY Facial Exfoliator
What you’ll need:
- Baking soda
- Water
How to:
- Mix equal parts of each into a bowl.
- Massage onto face for a fabulous exfoliating experience for a couple minutes.
- Rinse, then moisturize.
