Giving ladies a high-tech approach to looking their best, Ioma has just announced the first skincare product to include a diagnostic tool.
According to WWD, the Ioma Youth Booster is comprised of both an anti-aging skin cream as well as a micro-electro-mechanical system, designed to analyze skin and prescribe specific application tips.
Founder Jean-Michel Karam noted that his new offering will change the game for beauty goods moving forward. “It is the only product that can actually prove its own efficacy on the skin.”
Consumers in the UK will get the first crack at the Ioma revolution, with a launch scheduled for January 21st at Harrods in London.
American women can also expect to purchase the new product later in 2013, and pricing is rumored to be around $175.
